How do I access my courses? Access, catalog, progress
Log in and visit the Catalog to add items, then access via your account dashboard. If a dashboard feature is not available on your device yet, your lesson progress is stored locally in your browser.
Do you offer certificates? Certificates, completion, proof-of-work
Yes. Completion certificates are available for core learning paths. We prioritize proof-of-work (your portfolio outputs) first, and the certificate functions as an additional confirmation.
Refund policy Refunds, support, 14 days
If the course does not match the description, contact us within 14 days. We’ll help troubleshoot access issues, clarify expectations, and offer appropriate options based on the case.
